We used to design things here. Jacques Guillon Cord Chair

The Cord Chair designed by Montreal designer Jacques Guillon in 1953. The frame was made up of three "U" shaped laminated pieces of hardwood and strung with then-available surplus parachute cord. Another exercise in minimalism. More history here.
Apparently they have been reintroduced by Avenue Road
