In 1912 there was no Belgian GP. There was a GP in Dieppe F. The winner drove Continental tires.
There was actually a " Grand Prix du Royal Automobile Club de Belgique / Coupe du Roi des Belges" in 1912. The circuit looped around the Ardennes and took in the town of Dinant, which straddles the river Meuse (a main waterway), so why not ?
