McLaughlin Buick per...That diamond logo on the rad. McLaughlin Buick perhaps? An image search shows that eras Buick as having rads slightly wider at bottom than top, which this car seems to have. A made-in-the-'Shwa McLaughlin would have a diamond logo. USA made Buick would have been square.
