Honda Dream 150

Single carb small twin, is it a Dream 150?

Consolidated Husky Junior

The aircraft above is Consolidated Model 14 Husky Jr. the first model with the short-lived bathtub type cockpit design and Warner Scarab engine, built in November 1928. Major Reuben Fleet designed and built this aircraft under the auspices of the Consolidated aircraft company. When Consolidated got cold feet, Fleet started his own company and had Consolidated build them for him. The plane was a success and Consolidated bought Fleet out.  The plane below is variation number 3, featuring a Wright J-6 5 cylinder engine.

Princess Auto angle grinder

Some years ago I bought a small cheapo angle grinder from Princess Auto, (similar to Harbour Freight in the US) that optimistically came with a set of extra brushes. I expected it to last just long enough to get one job done, maybe....
Well. Several years go by and it finally quit a couple of weeks ago. Today I found a set of those brushes lying in a corner... You guessed it, replaced the brushes and away it went!
