Sketches; Railway Stations of Ontario

I found these nice looseleaf drafting-style illustrations at a used book store in the USA. Why they had left the country is anyone's guess. I can find no information on the illustrator, John Cook.

    I have these same sketches. I bought them at the Winnipeg rail station. Does anyone know the value of these. My husband was a railway man and he really like these. I have seven different ones

    Original sketch, or just a print? I think the ones I got were from a book but I have no info on the artist at all.
