Carnation Milk "From Contented Cows"





From the days when evaporated milk was sold in tins.  The opener was patented in Canada in 1956:
The Carnation Company dates back to 1899 and their advertising slogan "From contented cows" was introduced in 1907.  As the popular rhyme supposedly went:

 "Carnation Milk is the best in the land
Here I sit with a can in my hand
No tits to pull, no hay to pitch
You just punch a hole in the son of a bitch."

    Evaporated milk is still sold in tins, and a can piercer ( I use a Tap Boy) is the best way to get at it -2020.
