Built to the design patented by M. N.  Forney this little engine is the type used by many plantation and street railways with rough or tight radius track. It was built by the Baldwin company in 1878. Fully fueled and watered it weighed 15 tons, riding on a wheelbase of 10 feet 7 inches.
