Progress is fine, but it's gone on for too long.: The Icebreaker Lady Grey

The Lady Grey, built in England in 1906 for icebreaker duty in the St. Lawrence River, a job she did with a number of similar ships for the first half of the twentieth century. In 1943 she was completely rebuilt (photo below). In 1955 while attempting to free the Quebec-Levis ferry from the ice, there was a collision and she sank.
