Fulton was a brand of Sears Roebuck, but the tools were actually made by various tool manufacturers under contract with Sears. Perhaps the duckbill pliers above were made by the J.N. Hardware & Tool Corporation, for which I can find no information. Anyway, Fulton was a brand that would have been familiar to our grandparents or great-grandparents.
