Vanished Tool Makes: "Long"

In quotation marks, no less.  No country of origin stamped on it. Taiwan or China, perhaps?  Otherwise, just another tool mystery.

It doesn't help that the name is also a common adjective.  Problem is, it's a "Long" socket, but not a long socket.
