The Gray Tool Company of Toronto, Ontario partnered with the Bonney Forge & Tool Works of Allentown, Pennsylvania from 1930 until 1961, the same year as the catalogue entry above. Bonney disappeared after being absorbed by the Kelsey-Hayes Corporation in 1964, but Gray is still a going concern.
