ReplyDeleteI think "TPV" works out more correctly to "Tres Petite Voiture", rather than "Toute Petite Voiture". The TPV is mentioned in the instruction sheet for a Tamiya scale model of the Citroen 2CV, and Tamiya spells out "TPV" as "Tres Petite Voiture".
