Called the RG250 in Japan and the X7 in Europe, the 250 market was dead in North America by 1978 and we never saw this version of Suzuki's aircooled 2 stroke twin. The end of the line over here was the 1974 GT250. The tank on this bike appears to have inspired the styling of the 1980 GS400.
