Stanley Swirlaway

An interesting sanding pad featuring a ball joint to accommodate motion of the electric drill.  It seems to have been popular in the 1950's and 60's.  It initially sold for $4.95, but prices dropped to $2.49 in the early 1960's.  (I recently saw one online priced at $23.95!)
