Water tower, Calgary, Alberta, 1932

Built in 1932, 500,000 gallon water tower near King George School in 1938, demolished in 1966.

Watering Calgary roads back in the day.

Demolition of the North Hill water tower, Dec 1966. It must have been impressive to watch that big puppy come down.

That's progress!
