Geoffrey de Havilland's first design

The first airplane built by Geoffrey de Havilland in 1910. Unfortunately he crashed it but he built another which was successful enough to earn him a job at the H.M. Balloon factory. In 1920 de Havilland formed his own aircraft factory which gained success with the Moth series of aircraft, introduced in 1925.
