Houghton chemicals

Once again an image chosen for the illustration. I can visualize the background as a pattern on wallpaper or a bedcover from some previous era.  Houghton & Co. was formed in 1865 to manufacture oils and greases for industry, their first product being Cosmoline, a rust preventative grease. The company is still in business today.
