Here we have an intake system, a Solex carburetor attached to a intake manifold, probably for a inline twin of some type. Any guesses as to what it might be from?
It's been sectioned and handpainted to illustrate the various functions of the assembly, or it's a piece of folk art...

Kinda looks like an intake for a flathead inline four, a la Model T. Solex pretty much rules out American iron, though. I'm going to have to Bing some images of Austin Seven engines.

Not far off though. The Austin Chummy has a similar looking layout but has a large carb. That mystery intake has a smaller Solex. Thanks! I'll keep looking
