This is a beautiful bike in a nice (but slightly unlikely) setting. This racer was built in 1962 by South African Geoff Lacey, using a 1957 Velocette Venom engine. The engine was modified with a Lou Branch head and installed in a Norton Featherbed frame where it did well in South African events in the hands of Alan Harris.
