Corvette HMCS Frontenac

The Flower Class Corvette HMCS Frontenac (K335) photographed at the naval shipyard in Kingston, Ontario, probably about the time of her commissioning in October of 1943. After doing escort duty for the rest of the war,  it was paid off July 22/45 and subsequently sold to United Shipping Corp of New York. The Frontenac was still afloat in 1957, flying the Honduran flag. More on the Kingston Shipyards here.
