B32 & B34 alloy engines, easily masquerading for the more valuable BB32 & BB34Goldstar engines from unscrupulous traders. I fell for it once, long ago.
Was that a matter of some unscrupulous person simply stamping another "B" into the castings?
Mostly a matter of youth & ignorance vs. a smooth talker, Mister G.Unstamped, supposedly ex-works crankcase... Hook, line & sinker, as they say.
