No idea who this sidecar family is, or what the Eraland pennant signifies... but they seem pretty happy. The house looks rural American, but there is little more to go on, the writing on the sidecar is illegible and the motorcycle details are obscured by shadow.
The sidecar is mounted to the right and its a large motorcycle so that points to a North American photo. But with the Union Jack on the pennant I have to guess the second letter is an "N" obscured by a fold of the fabric.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a proud Mr. and Mrs. Doakes sending a photo of their two new family additions (baby and motorcycle) home to the relatives back in England.
I read 'England' also.Everyone seems happy.
