Windsor axe

A reader sent in this axe head he found, asking if I had any info on the name. The connection to the Ontario city might be a clue but we can't find anything online. I figured we could post the pictures in the hopes that someone else might have some information. But axe manufacturing was so common in Canada in the first half the last century its hard to keep track of them all. 

Second thoughts, looking at the placement and location of the Windso lettering, maybe that's the full name?
