I'm not a bike guy (I did police accident towing during my college years...you'll never see me on a bike or in a small car lol) so forgive my ignorance if I'm missing something obvious.
You;re right, very similar, the front of the fairing shape seems different, though frame, wheels, tailpiece all look the same.
Kind of reminds me of the see-through phones popular in the 90s!
