‘Motorcycle Racing’ by Hungarian painter László Szakmáry, painted in the 1940s. To me it feels a bit primitive, but the artist was known as a caricaturist and for his Art Deco paintings. It does capture the excitement of a crowd at a motorcycle race.
A bit of Googling brings up the fact that the original is up for sale, $2700! Here.
Looks primitive, maybe sorta, but he knew what he was looking to do. Lot of (borderline goofy, good-humored) compression in that painting, and yeah it definitely conveys excitement. Here's another nice piece of his:
