Yep, according to Wikipedia, it's a '65. 'Town Landau', no less. The 1965s seem to be the only year with the fake brake cooling vent styling on the front fenders. Ford seems to have resurrected that, and most look like tacky plastic stick-ons. Maybe they're hoping for brand recognition, per the Ye Olde Buicke Ventiports.

The vents and the shape of the hood scoop were the identifying marks of the 65, I guess.
