This was a V8-powered roadster introduced by Chevrolet in 1918, predating the much more successful flathead Ford by fourteen years. The overhead valve 288 cu in V8 produced 36 horsepower and showed a number of advanced features.
The car didn't attract buyers however, and only about 1300 were made before being discontinued.
