High pipe Triumph

  2. '68-'70 TLS front brake, with '68-only actuating lever whosis thingy sort of whatdyoucallit. But those nice brakes found their way onto lots of pre-'71 Triumphs, so (short version) I dunno.

    And/but however & furthermore, I think the little mufflers are right for all the TR6C "street scramblers" (uh-huh).

    Now, as to chrome vs. stainless vs. painted fenders as year/model indicators, I'll just come right out and say: I dunno.

  3. I think at this point in history, most 50-plus year old "riders" are actually bitsas. I'm anything but a Triumph expert but that seat doesn't look right- too long...
    Still, I'd ride it :-)

  4. I had just enough cash money to pay in full for one of these. I wanted it BAD! I used the cash for the downpayment on a house instead. One of my smarter moves in life...
