Kinda looks like a bad photoshop job. But seriously, page 24 of this magazine says it's a guy named Steve; I assume the Steve Allen who wrote the article? His face literally looks like somebody cut it out with scissors and stuck it on with glue, but I imagine those are the contortions you need to get yourself into to keep your head as far from the tarmac as possible:
