No slouch, this one.... Holder of the standing start five-mile world speed record holder on May 2, 1902.
It was clocked at 38.7 mph, the rider was one H. Martin, the venue- the Crystal Palace. This was not the bikes only claim to fame, it went on to win many races at the Canning Town, London track.
