Bugatti 37 engine cutaway


 1.5 litre four, OHC with thee valves per cylinder, Bugatti made 286 examples of this model of which 76 were supercharged. Nice work by cutaway artist Maximillion Millar.

    Says here that the 37 (1925-33) was made for "voiturette" racing. What a better word than, e.g., "quarter-midget." Thanks, Mr G.

    Basically a cheaper, lower performance version of the Type 35.
