Waltham Open End wrench

 Here's a wrench manufactured in West Germany that there doesn't seem to be much info on, a dull finish (zinc?) standard 3/4" and 5/8" somewhat unnecessarily marked (in English) Open End. This seems to be a different company from the Waltham company of Massachusetts who made lathes etc.
