I keep coming back to this because of a niggling certainty that I KNOW what the"head" part of the fish is, seen it plenty times before, can't put my finger on it.Put me out of my misery, pretty please ?
I was wondering that also, but it does not look familiar to me.
Perhaps a locking plate for some pruning scissors type, spring loaded implement...Oh well...
