 This looks like a frame intended for a bulkier engine, this builder chose to move the engine back in the frame, keeping the front sprocket near the swing arm pivot, resulting in the large adapter plate motor mounts.

    They maybe should have raised it up a bit too, to keep that right hand pipe from grounding out so much.
