This is a brass (no spark) wrench seen at a local flea market. I expect it might be for tightening valves on acetylene or similar tanks, though I've not seen this name before.
Update (Thanks, Dave); It's actually a tool included with a Beaver woodturning lathe.

Are these tools to be used on Beavers or by Beavers? Are beaver dams bolted together by wooden bolts? Canadians must know!
Looks like a wrench that was included with a Beaver lathe. Not brass or non-sparking; just a "brassy" coating. Scroll down to the very bottom of this page and there's a picture and a description of you wrench:

Thanks for digging that up! Definitely the definitive thread on the Beaver lathe.
BTW, If I ever find evidence of machined components in a beaver dam, I'll let you know. We'd be in trouble. Right now they're firmly in the stone age, and hope they stay there, I can't keep up as it is!
