those Lowrider tires are awesome. if you installed 72 Chrome spoke Lowrider wheels then chrome (paint) te rear wheels, then continue on from there, thick foam low back captains chair upholstered in crushed velvet. CHROME chain steering wheel...
72 spoke rims front and rear. Wide tires in appropriate tractor treads. Or... I see online there are alloy 24" rims. The front wheels are easy, they are a standard bolt pattern. Might have to make a header for it ending in a vertical fartcan from some kids Civic. Tuck and roll upholstery. If guys will overrestore a junk vise, why not?
And I get to relive my rear wheel spline-troubles:-)

I would not have been able to resist that thing...R. Crumb would be able to do a great portrait of it, for sure.

Yep, I fiddled with it today, it needs a battery. Didn't get it running but orange looks great on the lawn.:-)
