No details on this nice looking period racebike up for auction at the 2012 Barber Vintage Festival. Looks like it could be based on a Rokon powertain which is a snowmobile-type 340cc Sachs 2 stroke single with CVT powertain.
Update: Inspecting the pictures closer I think this may have been a Rokon project, the frame could be Rokon and from Jerry Wood's auction site; also note Kimtab magnesium wheels, Kelsey Hayes brake and Anti-Dive front end.
This is a bike I have in my shop. I would like any history . I think I bought it at Barber several years ago . I'm told it was a factory built bike. frame # is YDS 2 9454.

Interesting. I'm not sure how my name might have become attached to this motorcycle. I did take the pictures in this post at Barber some years ago.
