Eben James helped found this company.  By 1913, he had spent twenty years in the apple business, so he must have understood it to the core.  For seven years, he was the Canadian representative of Messrs. Woodall & Co. of Liverpool, the largest (and possibly the first) importers of Canadian apples to England.  Mr. James was also president of the Trenton Cooperage Company, which employed over 150 people at its peak.  Mr. James was one busy guy!
