Vanished tool makers: Actus Products Corporation WrapLock

I've got this old steel WrapLock canister in my shop.

Actus Products appears to have been founded by Carrol W. Prochaska, who took out a number of U.S. patents for clamping devices. Among many other things, this company made parts for the P51 Mustang during World War II, and for the Beechcraft T-34 in 1960.  In spite of this, they've left very little information to be shared on the web.
