One of 462 cars built on an Opel powertrain by Erich Bitter between 1981 and 1989. A few were sold in the US though Buick dealers, this one lives in Toronto.
These cars actually had very nice lines. The CD's a real looker. Whoever slapped the scoops and wing on this one should never have been allowed near it !
I agree! I caught a glimpse of the 3/4 front view, up a side street and it caught my eye. I made the turns to take another look, maybe a Ferrari 400 or some sort of Italian exotica...?
My calculations indicate that for the 3.9L its needs two more hood scoops. No wonder it failed:)
ReplyDeleteYeah, that's a weird touch. If there had been six scoops, one for each cylinder, I'm sure they would have sold better.
