I remember seeing one of these running around the Washington DC area back in the day with a vanity tag which read “Le Junk”
Back in my youth we often called them Leakers
IIRC, these had torsion bar, trailing arm rear suspension. To save space, the torsion bars were staggered, so the wheelbase depended on which side of the car (sorry, Le Car) was being measured.Or was that standard practice chez Renault?rdguy
