Not the typical Bugatti 57, this must be an (unknown) coachbuilders roadster conversion, I'd like to see it with the top down. Note the luggage rack, a small nod to practicality.
Gangloff drophead coupé, looks like. Plenty of top-down pictures around, this top-up one is the rarity. It does ruin the looks a bit, I'm thinking Humphrey Bogart with a bobble beanie.
Yikes. Too much swoop. Overstated, ill-proportioned, misshapen, oogly, as if drawn by an ungifted pre-teen. I have spoken.
