Nice winter project...

Here we have a 1954 Ferrari 500 Mondial Spider Series I sold at auction by RM Sotheby's for $1.875,000 USD. I can't imagine.

True, the car has a great history, until it was crashed and burned some time around 1960 and put in storage since. But the accident that destroyed it doesn't seem to be recorded. Doesn’t come with the original motor. And when it’s restored, won't the owner just have basically a replica on the (nearly the only part left that’s original) frame? Wow.
