I've never seen a socket of this measurement. 15/32 metric-ates out to 11.9 mm so it probably isn't just a standardized12 mm. It's an older Taiwanese make, no name.
More oddness, I actually needed this today for nuts on an 8" rim I'm rejuvenating.
Some 15 years ago, at a rural road intersection, I found a Snap-On 3/4" ratchet with a 4" extension and, get this, a 1-1/16 deep set, chrome, 12 pt socket. I never seen that size before and will probably never use it.
Good find! 1 1/16 is almost exactly 27mm. I use that fairly regularly.many years ago I found a 19mm wrench I. The middle of the big intersection of Durango Col. Made my day!
I found (1) a yellow insulated No. 2 pozi screwdriver (2) a hinged 13mm ratchet spanner - lying at the side of the road near my flat. Also a stumpy 10mm combination spanner just along the road from my work. The first tool that I had was a 9/16" single hex 1/2" drive socket that I found on my street as a kid in the 1970s. Still got it.

And how long did you have the socket before you bought a ratchet?
