there's a front brake cable but no front brake lever.
Looking at other pictures it's not a cable but a welded support for a little shelf above the front fender. You can barely see the matching support on the left side
oh I see now, a shelf stand rod part number 989 B50 page 33 mmmkay.
I see a padlock.So,,antitheft device?
