Two possibilities on this one. Either the York wrench Co of Duluth, founded in 1921 (History at Alloy Artifacts) or it's an industrial service wrench from the York Manufacturing Company (commonly known as the York Ice Machinery Corp who started business in 1874 making ice machinery and as refrigeration was taking over from iceboxes, changed to the air conditioning business.
Too bad the markings are hard to read.
I think York of Duluth only made sockets and related tools, I live near there and have a small collection
