Monday medal mystery

Here is a medal, more of pin or badge, I guess...  with the word Transeuope, a limousine or early bus and a strong male figure holding what may be scales? The only Transeurope I know is the train, was there a car company or a limousine/bus service? See below, AI doesn't know either:-) Any ideas?

So far I can contribute a better picture, and we can see it's a woman (girl) waving a handkerchief (truth be told, I didn't see a strong male figure even in your picture, at all lol).

I'm not at all sold on "Transeurope was a Swiss automobile brand...in the 1920s and 1930s" as stated in the Etsy listing. Maybe it was a limousine company?

I'll pass n anything else I come up with but searching "trans" and "europe" brings up all sorts of stuff I don't want to see.

The car looks like the offspring of a Traction Avant and a Checker Marathon. D.

My take is that she's dropping a hankerchief to signal the start of some trans-european touring car race / rally (hence the Alp-ish background). Had I not had my morning coffee beforehand, I might indeed have taken her for a strongly built male figure dangling his testicules in celebration of a limo shuttle service to some accomodating clinic offering continent-wide transition surgery, is that your excuse, Mr G ? :-)

I thought this person had rolled up sleeves in the manner of 1920s hero workmen, then spent my energy trying to figure what they were holding. I like your story better though, I think it's the beginning of a movie!
