This is a historical photograph of the "H Tower" (HHTOWER) signal box of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway (C&O) in Hinton, West Virginia, USA.
I thought Nova Scotia didn't have trains until c. 1971.

Correction: I was thinking of Newfoundland.
Hmm, the book I found that in, The Search for Steam, Heimburger House, 1972 insists it is Little Rock. Not arguing but I can't confirm or deny that location in a Google search. I'll continue to look.
