More Bren gun manufacturing at John Inglis Ltd.1941

Ethel Mitchell doing light welding on a Bren Gun magazine. Like other welders, she took a two-week high school course in welding torch technique before coming to work nine months ago. Note safety goggles and arm guard.

The Gentleman that taught me how to weld years ago said ladies make the best welders. They have better dexterity than men.
