That would be a product of California Sidecar Company, of - wait for it - California, USA. Sadly they seem to have degraded into a trike builder supplying three wheel conversions for large touring bikes. Ironically Hannigan has gone the same route into the three-wheeler trade, although their website shows a few models of sidecars available, but no fairings. For a time when my children were small I drove a sidecar (homebuilt) and coincidentally had a Hannigan fairing on my 1975 BMW.
